University of Nebraska YWCA Letter to Dean Blitz
In 1945, Mary Dye of the University of Nebraska YWCA wrote to Dean Blitz for information on “inter-racial relations” at the University of Minnesota. Dye is particularly interested in integrated housing and how students have responded to university policies.Dean Blitz’s letter mentions the number of African American women living in student housing, which offers evidence of integrate of women’s housing.
